St Magdalene
St. Magdalene is in Linlithgow, a town 10 miles to the west from Edinburgh airport, famous for a castle where queen Mary was born. It is said that it was opened by Sebastian Henderson in the 18th century but in a record it says that Adam Dawson took a license in1788 and started to make whisky. In 1912,DCL provided capital for them and it was integrated with SMD in 1914 but closed in 1983. The strucuture was designated as a historical building so the exterior was kept as it was and itfs now used as an apartment.
